Soccer Highlights

The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) has announced its 2009 Women?s Soccer All-Ohio Team. Junior Jaimie Grindle (Wadsworth, Ohio/Wadsworth) was named to the Team as one of four forwards, for the second time in her three years at Ursuline.
Grindle, who was an All-American Mideast Conference First-Team selection, was the conference leader in goals scored (16), goals per game (0.89), points (38), and points per game (2.11).
She owns the only two Conference First-Team selections, and NAIA All-Ohio honors in the programs history. Her goals per game in 2009 was the best single-season average in school history.
