SOUTH EUCLID, OHIO - The Ursuline College Softball team (6-18, 2-8) dropped both games of a mid-week American Mideast Conference doubleheader on the road against Notre Dame College (12-19, 3-4). The Arrows had just four hits in each of the games.

SOUTH EUCLID, OHIO - The Ursuline College Softball team (6-18, 2-8) dropped both games of a mid-week American Mideast Conference doubleheader on the road against Notre Dame College (12-19, 3-4). The Arrows had just four hits in each of the games.
After a 10-0 game one loss, the Arrows bounced back but fell 1-0 in game two as the Falcons scored the games only run in bottom of the fifth.
Hillary Beachy, Kristen Roznoski, and Ciara Seymour each had one hit in both of the games. In game two, Seymour pitched all six innings allowing just one run on five hits. She struck out a pair and walked one.
Notre Dame its only run in game two in the bottom of the fifth inning on Seymour's only walk and back-to-back singles.
Ursuline will return to at Mt. Vernon on Friday, April 16, and then will host a non-conference doubleheader against Bluffton on Saturday, April 17.
