Jessica Dingman, who was an ?A? standard qualifier in the 5000-meter run, will be joined by Holley Mangold, who was a ?B? standard qualifier in the shot put.

At the Golden Flashes Gala on December 11-12, which was the first competition of the indoor season, Dingman qualified after running a school-record time of 18:10.67 in the 5000-meter race.

Mangold qualified on January 23, 2010 at the Baldwin-Wallace Mid-January Meet after throwing the shot put 12.58 meters (41? and 3¼?).

The National Championships will be held from March 4-6 at the Memorial Center ?Mini Dome? at East Tennessee State University in Johnson City, Tennessee.

Dingman will run in the Championships 5000-Meter Semi-Finals on Thursday evening, and if she makes the Finals, she will run on Saturday afternoon for the National Title.

Mangold will compete for the National Title on Saturday morning in the shot put competition.

The Arrows 2010 Outdoor Track season will start on March 20th when they travel to California University of Pennsylvania to compete in the Early Bird Invitational. To view more about the 2010 National Indoor Championships, Click Here
