PEPPER PIKE, OHIO - The Ursuline College Swimming program has announced the signing of Canfield High School senior, Allie Butta, to join the Arrows in the fall of 2010. Butta becomes a member of the second-year swim program at Ursuline and is among the first recruiting class in program history.

PEPPER PIKE, OHIO - The Ursuline College Swimming program has announced the signing of Canfield High School senior, Allie Butta, to join the Arrows in the fall of 2010. Butta becomes a member of the second-year swim program at Ursuline and is among the first recruiting class in program history.
A four-year letterwinner in swimming at Canfield, and team co-captain as a senior, Butta specialized in the breast stroke. As a member of the 2009-10 swim team at Canfield, she helped guide the team to an undefeated season.
As a student, Butta recorded a 3.4 grade point average. Ursuline College and the swimming program is very excited about her commitment to Ursuline and looks forward to overseeing her success in the pool and in the classroom.
Butta is the daughter of Mark and Leanne Butta.
