Print Shop Procedures

  1. Staff, faculty and students may use the closed mail box designated for the Print Shop to deposit requests for service.
  2. Print shop jobs will be placed in the closed mailbox of the requestor when completed. When a completed print shop job is too large to fit into the closed mail box of the requestor, a notice will be e-mailed that the job is ready for pick-up. Pick-up can be scheduled during normal business hours, or the requestor may designate a staff or faculty member to provide pick-up.

Please be proactive and allow 24-48 hours turn around time for jobs to be completed. Larger jobs such as 1000 or more and jobs that require collating, binding, cutting, folding, please allow 2 to 4 days to be completed properly. We ask that everyone adhere to this policy.
