Archives Gift Policy

The Ursuline College Archives welcomes gifts of organizational, administrative, and personal documents, photographs, scrapbooks, memorabilia and other materials that help preserve the history of Ursuline College, its students, alumni, faculty and staff. Gifts will be accepted with the understanding that they become the property of the Archives, and decisions concerning retention, cataloging, and location will be made by the Archivist. Under special circumstances, gifts may be accepted with agreed upon restrictions as to their disposition, use, or location. Specific conditions for all gifts received will be set forth in the Deed of Gift document signed by the donor.
