Who are the Friends?

• Friends of the Ralph M. Besse Library was established in 1985 and is governed by an elected board.
• Friends is supported by a strong membership.
• Friends support the Ralph M. Besse Library on the Ursuline College campus.

What are the Friends for?

• Friends provide financial support to supplement the Library's budget through special programs and events:
• Book sales
• Theater parties
• Tours
• Lectures
• Special presentations
• Friends promote community understanding of the Library and its many resources.
• Friends encourage involvement in the Library through Friends membership and active participation in the following committees:
• Program
• Membership
• Book Sale
• Fund Raising

How do I join?

Memberships are valid for one calendar year beginning in January.
All contributions are tax deductible.
