Meet the Staff
Chef Justin McArthur, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, is focused on preparing fresh and healthy food for the new facility and Ursuline College. Justin is also a graduate of Ursuline's UCAP program. According to Justin, "I can't say I have a favorite thing to cook, but my favorite thing is cooking. It changes with the seasons and that's one thing I love about our area, there's always something in transition. Something new, fresh and worth trying.
