Mission
To educate Ursuline College's diverse population, past and present, by providing the tools required to achieve personal and career success.
Statement
The Office of Counseling and Career Services exists to promote continuous holistic growth and learning based on the College's core values. We partner with students, administrators, faculty, staff and the employment community to cultivate leaders. Professional staff provides a variety of services to promote student development including career search strategies, resume preparation, access to employers, relevant programming, as well as career and personal counseling. Students are strongly encouraged to obtain pre-professional experiences through participating in internships, cooperative education and mentoring.

Wellness ProgramsWellness at Ursuline College is a holistic endeavor we offer a variety or programs to help you live a healthy life.
Career Mentoring NetworkMatches student proteges with volunteer mentors from businesses and organizations from the Greater Cleveland area.
Internships and Cooperative EducationStudents are able to gain career related experience while also earning academic credit.
Personal Counseling
Provides students a safe, confidential place to work through challenges and stressors that may interfere with a student's academic success.
ACES
Provides supplemental career services to students who have registered with the office of Academic Support and Disabilities Services.
Myers-Briggs and Strong AssessmentsAssists students to determine whether they are in the correct major and helps clarify career goals.
Career Counseling
A process by which the student explores interests, abilities and values as a first step to choosing and defining a career.
