ACES, a partnership between the Office of Counseling and Career Services and Ursuline Resources for Success in Academics (URSA), is a special voluntary program intended to help students make a smooth transition from college to the workforce. The purpose of  ACES (Auxiliary Career Exploration Services) provides supplemental career services to students who have registered with URSA, Mullen 306 or with the Office of Disability Services, Mullen 316. Students who are having difficulty in choosing a major and those who want to, or are in the process of changing majors, are also encouraged to use this service.

The goals of the program are to:
  • Help students to develop early career awareness
  • Choose a career path in line with individual strengths and abilities
  • Plan long-term realistic educational, career, and life goals
The program offers one-on-one sessions between the Career Development Coordinator and participants. The meetings are tailored to individual student needs and concerns.
