Why a Connection with Ursuline College Students?

We are committed to working with students, employers, and faculty to find mutually beneficial internship and professional opportunities.

We offer an online recruitment system, E-Recruiting, and are a part of NEOintern.net, which offers our students multiple places to view your job and internship postings.

Ursuline College offers several ways to develop a student's career interests.
We offer the Career Mentoring Network, a program that matches students with a volunteer mentor in the business community. Through the network, students can develop an idea of what potential career paths their major leads to, and develop further networking contacts for after graduation.

Students can be a part of the ACES Program (Auxiliary Career Exploration Services), which provides supplemental career services to students who are undecided about their major, or are in the process of changing majors.

Students can also develop their interests and strengths by taking the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator assessment and the Strong Campbell Interest Inventory.

You will have access to college students who are well-educated in teamwork and communication skills as a part of the curriculum.

We have an established internship program, with students having worked across Northeastern Ohio and beyond.

Our students learn and lead within a diverse campus environment that includes a significant portion of adult and non-traditional students.
