• 50 Students (20 double rooms and 10 single rooms for students)
• Bedroom size is approximately 11'x 15'
• Two Resident Assistants live in the building
• First year students live in a double room with a roommate
• Ten single rooms available on first floor for upperclass students
• Internet hook up available in each room
• Community bathroom facilities for female residents available on all three floors
• A community kitchen is located on the first floor
• Local telephone service is available, by request, for resident rooms without charge. Voicemail is included with this service. Residents who request this service are required to supply their own telephone.

Grace Hall

• 118 students (57 double rooms, 2 ADA rooms)
• Bedroom size is approximately 10'x 14'
• Four resident assistants live in the building
• First year students live in double room with a roommate
• Housing is available for male students on the second floor. Male residents also share a community bathroom on the second floor
• Internet hook up available in each room
• Local telephone service is available, by request, for resident rooms without charge. Voicemail is included with this service. Residents who request this service are required to supply their own telephone.

• Kitchen area, game room lounge, laundry facilities, and large formal lounge located on first floor

Smith Hall

• 64 Students (Juniors, Seniors and Graduate Students)
• Bedroom size is approximately 10'x 11'
• 18 suites (6 on each floor). Each suite has 4 private bedrooms; a bathroom; common living space with a galley kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, sink, cupboards, but no stove)
• Living Room/Kitchen: sofa, chair, coffee table, kitchen table with 4 chairs
• Bedroom: Dresser, bed (can be adjusted for storage underneath bed), desk, chair, and moveable file
• Each suite has phone, cable and computer hookup provided in the common living space
• Cable and computer drop also available in each bedroom. Cable in the bedroom must be paid for by the individual student
• The first floor has laundry facilities, soda and snack machine
• The third floor has a gathering area with a t.v., complete kitchen and computer lab
