Student Service Center

The Student Service Center represents the Registrar, Bursar and Financial Aid offices. We handle general functions of these three offices and can also direct students to different departments in the college for help. Our goal is to assist our students in every way possible throughout their college experience here at Ursuline. View the "About Us" section below to learn more.

About Us

Registrar

The Student Service Center works very closely with the registrar's office. We help students register for classes, find out when classes are provided, adding/dropping courses, advisor details, grade reports, verification of enrollment and transcript information. We also provide students with their Student IDs and parking passes. The Registrar, Leah Sullivan and the Transfer Evaluator/Cert. Coordinator, Susan Kramer are located in Mullen 202B.

Bursar
The main functions the center provides with regard to the Bursar's office are bill payments, tuition deferments, tuiton and fee questions, providing copies of student statements, and setting up a payment plan. If students have questions on the payment plan please contact the center. *Accelerated Nursing Students who need to sign up for the payment plan, please contact Michelle in the Bursar's office at 440 646 8310.

Financial Aid
The center assists students with general questions regarding their financial aid. We can help with questions about the FAFSA, loans, scholarships, repayment, award packages and filling out required documentation. If students need to meet with a financial aid counselor in-person, they can contact the center to set up an appointment.

*2013-2014 FAFSA's are now available. Visit www.fafsa.ed.gov to complete the online application. Please file as early as possible to take full advantage of funds you may be eligible.
