High school students are invited to enter Ohio Writes for Tomorrow, a creative writing
competition held annually by the Ursuline College School of Arts and Sciences.
Top selections will be published on the Ursuline College School of Arts and Sciences Web site and will also be considered for publication in INSCAPE, Ursuline College's award-winning Fine Arts Annual.
A first and second prize will be issued for both categories, poetry and prose. First prize in both categories will be awarded a $50 cash award and a book prize. Second prize in both categories will be awarded a $25 cash award and a book prize.
In addition, all of the winners will be invited to The Ursuline Writers Showcase at Ursuline College on Friday, November 14, 2008, a special evening featuring an awards ceremony and performances and readings of literary works by Ursuline students in the Little Theatre on campus.
