Glen Caroff, Ed.D. is the retired principal of Willoughby South High School and teaches leadership and professional staff development courses.
Patricia Nugent, Ed.D. is currently principal of St. Hilary Elementary in Fairlawn. She teaches school climate and curriculum leadership.
