The current tuition is $742 per credit hour for the Master of Arts in Education Administration Program. We reserve the right to offer different tuition rates or change the prices of future programs. Federal financial assistance, in the form of low-interest Stafford Loans, is available to qualified graduate students. You are not eligible for a Stafford Loan until you are accepted into the program. It is important to note that you are responsible to verify your own eligibility of federal student loans or loan forgiveness. You are also eligible for a 1/3 tuition discount. To qualify for the discount you must be employed full-time in a professional position in an educational institution. You must also complete all your coursework at Ursuline College.
Ursuline College is pursuing accreditation by the National Council for the Accreditation of Teacher Education (NCATE). Accreditation has been mandated by the State of Ohio and has been enthusiastically supported by the Education faculty. To meet the requirements of accreditation, an electronic system called TK20 has been selected to support the accreditation process. The TK20 electronic support system was selected because it will fulfill the College's accreditation needs as well as provide our students with the following features: state of the art electronic portfolios, career placement support that facilitates hiring of our students by school districts, and a complete course management system.
In addition to the costs the College will incur, all education students are required to pay a one-time fee of $100. This one-time fee gives our students access to the system for a minimum of 7 years, which, in the long run, amounts to approximately $14.00 a year.
