The student must demonstrate a high-level of competence in the use of the English language, including reading, writing, speaking and listening, by achieving a score of at least 213 CBT, 80 IBT or 550 paper-based test on the TOEFL, the Test of English as a Foreign Language, administered by Educational Testing Service in Princeton, New Jersey. Applicants should make arrangements to take the test as soon as graduate study at Ursuline is anticipated and should request ETS to forward the official test score directly to the School of Graduate Studies at Ursuline College.

The student must provide official translations and evaluations of all transcripts or educational credentials. The University Language Services, Inc., Suite 300, 15 Maiden Lane, New York, N.Y. 10038 (phone: 212-766-4111) will provide an official translation if needed.

The student must submit a statement of financial resources available for meeting the financial obligations incurred while completing studies at Ursuline College.
The student must be accepted for full-time study (at least 6 semester credits) in the School of Graduate Studies. Application requires submission of the Application for Admission to Graduate Studies, a $25.00 application fee, official transcripts as described above, three recommendations using our Recommendation Form directed to the School of Graduate Studies at our office address, and an interview with the Program Director.
The student visa application will be provided by Ursuline College upon acceptance of the student by the School of Graduate Studies.
