The purpose of the Social Work program is to prepare entry-level social work professionals for generalist social work practice at the baccalaureate level of a liberal arts education.
The goals of the program are to prepare students to integrate the values, skills, knowledge and ethical standards of the social work profession with those learnings offered them from their liberal arts education at Ursuline College and to prepare students for graduate education in social work.
