| Credit for Previous Experience |
| UCAP takes into account that you have learned a great
deal by this point in your life. And we know that your
past learning and professional experience are valuable
assets. With UCAP, you can earn credit for previous work
and life experience through a variety of options: |
- Transfer course credits from accredited institutions.
Ursuline will accept up to 64 credits from
a community college and an unlimited number
of credits from an accredited four year college.
In addition, your transcripts are never outdated
so you can transfer credits no matter how long
ago they were earned.
- Receive credit from CLEP and DANTES by translating
exams into course waivers or transfer credit
hours.
- Earn credit for college-level learning through
work and life experience via the External Learning
Assessment Portfolio for general elective and/or
major concentration courses.
