Tuition Deferment
If you receive tuition reimbursement from your employer, Ursuline College allows you to defer your tuition payment until 30 days after the semester ends. To participate in the deferment, please provide a copy of your employer’s educational reimbursement policy and a $25 fee.

Students must fill out and sign a Tuition Deferment Form before each semester. This agreement represents a financial obligation between you and the College.

Financial Aid
In order to receive financial aid (grants, scholarships, and/or loans), you must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). The FAFSA can be completed online at www.fafsa.ed.gov. The Ursuline College code is 003134. A FAFSA must be completed each academic year. Once your FAFSA application is processed, a Student Aid Report (SAR) will be generated from the Department of Education. When Ursuline College receives your SAR, and your admissions file is complete, an Award Notification package will be generated. This package will include federal grants, state grants, federal loans, and any outside scholarships you may be receiving.

Course Cancellation or Drops
If your class is cancelled, a UCAP representative will contact you prior to the start of your class. Your advisor will help you choose an alternative course or you will receive a full refund for the cancelled class.

If you wish to drop a course, you should contact the UCAP office as soon as possible. Students are not permitted to withdraw from a class after the 3rd class session. If you are receiving financial aid, you will need to notify the Financial Aid Office at 440-646-8329; dropping a class may affect your award.

Refund Schedule for 5 or 10 Week Courses
Before the 2nd class 100% refund
Before the 3rd class  50% refund
After the 3rd class   0% refund
