UCAP Admissions

At Ursuline College, we believe what matters most is not where you began but  where you can go. While Students may have different reasons for transferring to Ursuline, one thing remains the same...all students find this to be a caring and collaborative environment in which they can thrive.

Requirements

All students wishing to apply are required to submit:

  • Online Application
  • Official transcripts from all previously attended colleges and universities

Applicants transferring in less than 30 credit hours must also:

  • Submit official high school transcripts or GED
  • Complete writing assessment.

All official transcripts should be sent to: Ursuline College, Attn: Processing Center, 2550 Lander Road, Pepper Pike, OH  44124

Credit Evaluation

An official evaluation of the applicant’s college credits will be received after all official transcripts have been received. Most academic courses completed at a regionally accredited college or university in which a grade of "C" or better earned will transfer. While an unofficial credit evaluation can be completed by the UCAP admission counselors, Ursuline also provides many resources for you to estimate how your courses will transfer.

The Transfer Credit Tool is an online database of classes from varies colleges and universities and their Ursuline equivalent. To use this tool, have your course department and number ready. Once selected, the tool will automatically show which Ursuline course the original course satisfies. You can look up multiple courses and even export your list to a PDF when you're done.
