Ursuline Track & Field competed in their final meet as a full team this weekend at the Kahn Invitational hosted by Oberlin College. The Arrows Placed 4th out of 9 teams attending the event. They were led by first place finishers; Annie Grindle (100 hurdles - 15.47), Jessica Dingman (5000 meters - 19:27.92), and the 4x400 Relay (Hrabak, Childers, Goans, Williams - 4:10.72). The Arrows finished the season on a high note placing in 16 of 24 events. Other top performances for the Track & Field Team were:

- Jamie Carter - 100 Hurdles - 4th Place (17.29)
- Erin Childers - 3000 Steeple Chase - 4th Place (14:01.94)
- Shaina Ahenger - Javelin - 4th Place (106'3")
- Karen Wagonseller - High Jump - 6th Place (4'6")
- Ramanda Leaver - High Jump - 6th Place (4'6")
- Jamie Carter - Long Jump - 6th Place (14'8")
- Jennette Goans - 400 Meters - 7th Place (66.52)
- Mariea Parham - 100 Meters - 8th Place (13.61)
- Elizabeth Hughes - Hammer Trhow - 8th Place (70'9")
Coach Badway had the following to say after the meet. "It was a great meet for us to compete in as our last meet as a full team. We had a lot of great performances and are looking forward to carrying it into the final 2 meets of this season, or for the ones that are done into next season.”
The Arrows next meet will be at The University of Toledo on Friday, May 2nd. Only a partial team who has a chance of qualifying for nationals will be attending.
