Annie Grindle qualified for the National meet in the 55 meter hurdles this weekend at the Greater Cleveland Championships. Annie hit the 'B' mark in trials running a time of 8.88 which brought her back to finals later in the day. In Finals Annie ran 8.60 which was fast enough to put her onto the 'A' list, and giving her the win. The Arrows had a great performance finishing 5th out of 9 teams attending the championships.
Other top finishers on the tight short track for the Arrows were:

- Kaelyn Hrabak - 200 (27.35) 1st
- 4x400 (4:12.11) - 2nd - Williams, Goans, Hrabak, A. Grindle
- Tanisha Williams - 55 (7.74) 3rd
- Kaelyn Hrabak - 55 (7.76) 4th
- Jennette Goans - 500 (1:25.75) 6th
Coach Badway had the following to say after the meet. "This was a great showing for our team. It was a fun meet and we ran very competitively against all the teams that attended. We were very excited being a 1st year program and finishing in the top half of the teams that attended. Annie Grindle qualifying for The National Meet just topped off a night of excitement for us.”
