Ursuline College Track & Field finished their regular season indoor meets at Mount Union this past weekend. The Arrows went to this meet to use it as a final tune-up for the start of the traditional outdoor season. Tanisha Williams placed 1st in the 300 meters running a time of 44.37 in her first time competing in the event. Other top performances for the Track Team were:
- 4x160 - 2nd Place (Parham, Hrabak, Goans, Williams)
- Jessica Dingman - 800 - 4th place (2:30.04)
- Amber Chase - Mile - 4th Place (5:43.09)
- Kaelyn Hrabak - 55 Dash - 4th Place (7.78)
- Jamie Carter - 55 Hurdles - 6th Place (9.52)
Coach Badway had the following to say after the meet. "It was a great meet to end our indoor season. The women are now ready for outdoors and we are extremely excited to start focusing on their main events and seeing what they can do.”
This week Annie Grindle will be representing the Arrows down at the 2008 Indoor National Championships in the 60 Hurdles.
