About Play-by-Play Announcer Chris Schieman:

Chris is a 2006 graduate of Bowling Green State University. He has called sporting events at the NCAA Division I level, including the 2006 Women’s NCAA Tournament. He has also announced games at the high school level for radio stations in Wyoming and Canton, Ohio. He has interviewed several prominent athletes and coaches, politicians and other newsmakers.

“I am very excited about the opportunity to broadcast games for Ursuline,” said Schieman. “Broadcasting over the internet allows us to reach Ursuline friends, family and fans from all over the world. It’s a great opportunity for alumni to reconnect with the school.”

In addition to the games, at halftime there will be a spotlight on Ursuline Athletics and Academics. “The halftime show is really something different,” said Schieman. “We want to talk about all the great things happening at Ursuline College, including all the events and news from around campus. It will be much more interesting to fans than a traditional halftime show.”
