Only current Ursuline College students and employees are entitled to apply for an Ursuline login. When an individual leaves the College, the login will be disabled and the mailbox deleted. The schedules for deleting accounts depends on the individual's status at the College.
Students
Student accounts will remain active until the student is not enrolled for a second consecutive semester. College semesters include spring, summer, and fall.
For example, if a student graduates at the end of the spring semester, their account will be deleted at the beginning of fall semester.
The College will immediately disable the account of a student who is dismissed from the College.
Staff and full-time faculty
Staff and full-time faculty accounts will remain active while the individual is employed by Ursuline College.
When an individual leaves the College, the account is deleted upon the effective date of separation from the College.
Part-time faculty
Part-time faculty accounts remain active for one semester after the individual is contracted to teach for the College.
If the individual is not contracted for a second consecutive semester, the account will be deleted.
