Picasa
Picasa is free Windows software for managing your digital photographs.
It will allow you to do some basic editing and keep your photos organized.
It is free to down load from Google Picasa.
Windows Image Re-Sizer
Image Resizer is included in Windows XP PowerToys.
It will allow you to resize one or many image files from inside Windows Explorer with a right-click.
You can download Windows Image Re-Sizer. from Microsoft's web site.
IrfanView Graphic Viewer
IrfanView is a very fast compact graphic viewer and editor for Windows.
Using IrfanView you can rotate, resize, sharpen and convert over 60 different image file formats.
IrfanView Graphic Viewer is free personal, for non-commercial use.
