Migration of emails to Office 365 will proceed on March 3. All currently enrolled students have been moved to Office 365. Click here to access Office 365. For students with problems, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. On the main page of D2L there are help links about connecting and using Office 365.
This process will begin on March 3rd and will take several weeks. During this time you will have access to your email except for a few hours during while your specific account is being moved.
We are unable to predict exactly when your account will move. You will know you have been moved when you log in to your Ursuline email and receive a message that says: Outlook Web Access could not find a mailbox for URCO_NT\jsmith
Once you see this message start using the 365 login rather than the Ursuline login. Ursuline Login Link Office 365 LinkUse your full email (email@example.com) and password to log into Office 365. You will not lose any emails, folders, or any other data in this process. Helpful Information
