Ursuline College Hosts an Event Celebrating the Start of Renovations
Ursuline College President Sr. Diana Stano, OSU, Ph.D. and the Ursuline Board of Trustees welcome the community to a reception celebrating the College’s ongoing effort to Transform the College through Values, Voice and Vision on Wednesday, August 25, 10 am at Ursuline’s Pepper Pike campus.
Ursuline was recently awarded $607,754 as part of Ohio’s Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant to improve the overall energy efficiency of Ursuline’s Joseph J. Mullen Academic Building. Renovations will include new window, ventilation systems and improved lighting to enhance classroom and office space to advance student learning. The reception will signify the start of the renovations, particularly the installation of new windows.
“As recipients of the Energy Efficiency Grant, we are happy to be able to make changes to the campus that will enhance student experience,” said Stano.
Along with special guests and campus tours, the event will feature remarks by the Director of the Ohio Department of Development, Lisa Patt-McDaniel.
