Ursuline College PRSSA Presents: “Dress to Impress”
The Ursuline College chapter of The Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA) hosts “Dress to Impress: The 411 on Career Basics” on September 30th from 6:30pm-9:00pm. The event will be held in the Pilla Center, 2550 Lander Road, Pepper Pike.
“Dress to Impress” includes a dessert reception and a fashion show, emceed by Kim Crow, fashion writer for the Plain Dealer, featuring proper attire for men and women entering or interning in a variety of fields including: nursing, non-profit, education, social work, business, public relations and accounting. Local professionals will provide free resume critiques.
“This is a great opportunity for students to learn, network, and prepare for their future while having fun, but this event is not just for PR students. Students in all majors, adults, graduates, professionals and the public can benefit from the event,” says PRSSA vice president and Ursuline MBA student, Amber Scimone. The event is supported by Ursuline College Accelerated Program (UCAP), the Office of Student Activities and the Office of Counseling and Career Services.
