Ursuline College's March 11th Evening of Lenten Reflection Features Award Winning Photographer & Author Raymond James Stracensky
Healing Images, Healing Words is the topic of Ursuline College’s
Evening of Lenten Reflection on Tuesday, March 11th 5:45 – 8:30 PM, Fritzsche Center 2550
Lander Road, Pepper Pike. Speaker Raymond James Stracensky, award winning photographer and
author will talk about the desire to create beauty and surround oneself with a meaningful life.
Stracensky began his career as a professional photographer over 20 years ago. Periodically he would retreat from the business world in an effort to regain perspective and explore the solace found in natural settings. During his travels, he discovered that beauty abounds and can inspire and heal the soul. His photo images and presentation provide participants with an atmosphere of peace and harmony.
A lifelong resident of Cleveland, Stracensky maintains a studio on Cleveland’s West Side. He is the author of the book, Healing Images Healing Words. His photography has been exhibited in galleries throughout the Greater Cleveland area.
Sponsored by the Ursuline College Alumnae Association, the program cost is $15 and includes a light supper. The lecture is followed by Mass in the Chapel of the Most Holy Trinity. For reservations call 440-646-8370 before March 4th.
