- Ursuline College offers several ways to develop a student's career interests. We offer the Career Mentoring Network, a program that matches students with a volunteer mentor in the business community. Through the network, students can develop an idea of what potential career paths their major leads to, and develop further networking contacts for after graduation.
- Students can be a part of the ACES Program (Auxiliary Career Exploration Services), which provides supplemental career services to students who are undecided about their major, or are in the process of changing majors.
- Students can also develop their interests and strengths by taking the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator assessment and the Strong Campbell Interest Inventory.
