Ashley Thomas is a member of the Garfield Heights City School District Board of Education and the Cuyahoga Valley Career Center. She completed a bachelor of arts degree at Marietta College in sports management with minors in advertising & public relations and leadership. She also holds a master’s degree from Cleveland State University in education. She spent two years as a teacher and intervention manager while advising and coaching various sports. In her spare time, she is very involved in her community, she enjoys working to serve the families in her community. Her leadership is rooted in the core values of faith, community, excellence, and social justice. Ms. Thomas is dedicated to being a progressive voice of reason.
