    Historic Preservation Bachelor’s Degree Program

    From The Dean

    Dear Prospective Student,

Thank you for your interest in a bachelor’s degree program offered through Ursuline’s School of Graduate and Professional Studies. Whether you are drawn to Business, Education, Fashion, Historic Preservation, Legal Studies, Social Work or Sport Management, and whether you enroll in our traditional undergraduate program as a first-time college student or are finishing your degree in our accelerated program, your Ursuline education will prepare you to be a competent and confident professional.

You’ll explore a blend of liberal arts courses and courses in your specific major. Your liberal arts courses in our recently revised Core Curriculum will help you develop critical thinking, cultural competency, and communication skills, all of which employers say they value. Your major-specific educational experiences – bolstered by our strong partnerships with the professional community – will prepare you to become a qualified, conscientious, and productive member of your chosen profession.

Our community is diverse and includes persons from within the United States and more than a dozen countries around the globe. With highly qualified faculty, ample resources, and our commitment to the Ursuline heritage, we offer you a one-of-a-kind experience that will shape both your personal and professional life, fostering lifelong learning and personal wisdom.

We recognize the many challenges that students may face while pursuing their academic goals; along the way, you will be supported by a community committed to your success.

On behalf of Graduate and Professional Studies, welcome,

    James Connell, Ph.D.
Dean of the School of Graduate and Professional Studies
