    Course Requirements

    The curriculum integrates communication, problem-solving, and values-based decision making, including cutting-edge education in health care economics and leadership practice.     You’ll take the following classes to fulfill the requirements for the Second Degree Accelerated Program in Nursing (BSN):

    • NR 245 – Holistic Nursing Practice
    • NR 255 – Professional Nursing Practice with Adults I
    • NR 265 – Evidence-Based Professional Nursing Practice
    • NR 275 – Pharmacology and Therapeutic Professional Nursing Practice
    • NR 325 – Professional Nursing Practice with Adults II
    • NR 335 – Clinical: Professional Nursing Practice with Adults II
    • NR 345 – Child-bearing and Rearing Families
    • NR 355 – Clinical: Child-bearing and Rearing Families
    • NR 435 – Healthcare Policy and Global Health Experience
    • NR 445 – Professional Practice: Patients with Psychiatric Needs
