    Designing Your Career to Fit Your Life


    Section One  (.5 Credit)
    Are you a recent college graduate or headed into your senior year of college? Now what?  Anticipating you would graduate into the strongest economy in American History, you find that COVID-19 has thrown a curveball and thrust you into the worst economic market in American history.  What should you do next? What are your options?

    Pivot and determine how to build a prosperous and fulfilling career around the life you want to live. In this course, you'll be assessed to determine how your core skills and interests fit this new job market. Small group coaching will allow you to take an informed look at your options.   

    Monday, July 6, 10-11 am 
    Week of July 13, students will be asked to sign up for a 1.5-hour small group coaching session (multiple options will be available). 
    Thursday, July 16, 10-11 am 
    Monday, July 20, 10-11 am 

    Section Two   (.5 Credit)
    Has COVID-19 disrupted your career?  Maybe you’ve been laid off or you’ve been working from home and asking yourself, is this the career for me?

    In this course, you’ll explore options that range from traditional corporate/organizational jobs, to entrepreneurship, to gig and side hustles. You’ll take a comprehensive assessment that looks at your interests, skills, values, and personality along with small group coaching. Your assessment will help determine what’s right for you and how to approach your go-forward plan.

    Monday, August 3, 12-1 pm
    Week of August 10, students will be asked to sign up for a 1.5 hour small group coaching session. Multiple options will be available
    Thursday, August 13, 12-1 pm
    Monday, August 17, 12-1 pm
