    For Admitted Accelerated (UCAP) Students

    Upon acceptance to the Ursuline College Accelerated Program (UCAP), your next steps include the following:

    Step 1. If you have not yet registered for classes, contact Aimee Pearce at 440-684-6059. Once registered for classes, you will:

    • Receive an email with your login information for email, MyUrsuline, & Desire2Learn.
    • Have access to your syllabi and course information via Desire2Learn 2 weeks prior to your class start date.
    • Receive official notification that your credit audit has been completed by our credit evaluator. In order to complete this evaluation, we must have all official transcripts from any college or university attended


    Step 2. Pay for school. If using financial aid, upon completion of your FAFSA, you can expect to receive an award letter within 2-3 weeks.

    • If you are using military benefits, contact Leah Sullivan, Registar, at 440 646 8126 to ensure she has everything needed to process your benefits.
    • If you will be paying out-of-pocket, and want to set up a payment plan, contact Sue Valitsky at 440 646 8312 to discuss your options.

    Step 3. Call your admission counselor at 440-684-6059 to schedule your orientation appointment.

    Step 4. Review your syllabus and class information prior to the beginning of your classes. Access to your course syllabus opens 2 weeks prior to the start of classes via Desire2Learn.

    Step 5. Order your textbooks.
