The Sacred Self Retreat for Women
October 19, 2019 9:00am - October 20, 2019 9:00am
In today’s society we often neglect ourselves in favor of taking care of others. But what would our lives be like if we gave ourselves the love we so freely give away? How might our physical and emotional health blossom and how would it benefit those we care for?
At the Sacred Self Retreat, participants will engage in small group dialogue, journaling, and creative pursuits to:
- Find spiritual connection
- Develop a stronger sense of identity and purpose
- Embrace self care and love
With a deep rooted belief in the idea that we are both physical and spiritual beings simultaneously, Retreat guide Gina Messina, PhD, will guide those on the Sacred Self journey in an exploration focused on opportunities for gratitude, resilience, hope, and transcendence.
*Participants are asked to bring an item that has significant value to engage with as part of the self reflection and discovery journey.
