The Grief, Forgiveness, and Healing Retreat

Grief comes to us in many ways and each of our journeys through the healing process is different. Join Dr. Gina Messina and Ursuline College for a weekend focused on coming to understand the grieving process, naming our struggles, and working toward transformation.
Participants will engage in small group dialogue, individual reflection, and journaling activities while exploring opportunities for healing and personal growth.
This retreat meets from 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 14 and again from 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 15. The cost is $75 for one day; $125 for both days; lunch is included in both prices.
