As the Florence O’Donnell Wasmer Gallery marks its 45th anniversary in October 2025, we are proud to present “Short Lived,” a solo multimedia exhibition by Clark DeCapite Jr., an artist whose work captures the spirit of reflection, transformation, and lasting creativity. DeCapite’s multimedia practice is focused on narrative, memory, and exploring materials. His work is a visual dialogue between past and present; full of texture and emotional depth, it encourages viewers to reflect on the passage of time, the layering of experiences, and the power of visual storytelling.
