To Ursuline College Undergraduates:
Hoping all is well with you as we practice our social distancing. We just wanted to send a brief note out to everyone to let you know that the Financial Aid Office up and running remotely.
We want to assure everyone that we will continue our work, knowing now more than ever, that financial aid is so important to all of you. We plan to spend the next few weeks reviewing applications for all the returning students and sending you an email when your award is ready for review through NetPartner. Please remember to check your Ursuline email account regularly!
As a reminder, NetPartner can be accessed through your MyUrsuline account. It is located on the Financial Aid link on the Student tab. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. We will be checking voicemails regularly, however, the quickest way to reach us would be through email. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions you might have.

Most importantly, we know that many at this time may be working reduced hours or no longer working at all. Please know that if this is the case, there is an appeal process for financial aid. Your FAFSA application for the upcoming 2020-21 academic year is based on parent and/or student 2018 income. We understand that 2020 expected income may be very different than that. If there is a significant decrease in income, the Special Circumstance appeal forms are available in NetPartner and on our web page.
Since you would need to estimate expected 2020 income on this appeal form, we ask that these forms not be submitted until after July 1 along with the required documentation as described in the form. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Stay well all!
Best wishes,
Ursuline College Office of Financial Aid Team
