A Message from the Bursar's Office
Thank you again for your patience as we worked through the process to determine credits and refunds for housing and meal plans.
By April 20, any students who have housing or meal plans for the Spring 2020 semester will be receiving an email from Gina DeMart-Kraus, Director of Housing and Residence Life. Included in the email will be a letter from the Bursar’s office communicating the amount of your credit or refund, where applicable.
A printed copy of this letter will also be mailed to you on April 17 for your records. Checks, where applicable, for any graduating students will be mailed by April 20. Any credits that will be applied to any existing balances from the Spring 2020 semester will be completed by April 20. Any excess credit that was not used for covering a Spring 2020 balance will be applied to the Fall 2020 semester.
