Associate Professor Mary Kovach, PhD, MBA, LSSBB, PSM, recently published her latest book, Build a ROCKSTAR Business: From Ideation to Inception in 120 Minutes. Within hours of its release, this entrepreneurial playbook cracked the Amazon top 50 Best Seller Rank in the Strategy & Competition category, and top 100 Best Seller Rank in the Market Research Books category.
Dr. Kovach is the director of Ursuline College’s MBA program. Her seven scholarly publications have reached nearly 90,000 downloads from 196 countries/regions. She has written three additional business-related books, including one that began as a TV show on Binge Networks.
“In my other works, I discuss the importance of leading projects from inception to completion,” Dr. Kovach states. “This book serves as the precursor.”

Dr. Kovach spent 15 years in Corporate America in addition to her nearly 20 years of college-level teaching. She earned a variety of management awards at Fortune 500 companies and managed multimillion-dollar global business units. She was recently named to the international editorial board of The Journal of Value Based Leadership.
