Campus Climate Survey

The purpose of the Campus Climate Survey project is to provide important information about our climate and will enable us to improve the environment for learning, living and working at the College. The climate assessment project is supported by Sr. Diana Stano. The Climate Study Working Group (CSWG) is comprised of members from faculty, students, staff and alumnae from the Ursuline community. The Ursuline administration has commissioned this survey with the hope that we will have 100% participation in the survey within the campus community.

Sue Rankin's Biography


Dr. Rankin has presented and published widely on the impact of sexism, racism and heterosexism in the academy. Dr. Rankin’s current research focuses on the assessment of institutional climate and providing program planners and policy makers with recommended strategies to improve the campus climate. Dr. Rankin has collaborated with over 100 institutions/organizations in implementing assessments and developing action plans. Dr. Rankin is the recipient of the ACPA 2008 Voice of Inclusion Medallion. The award recognizes individuals who embody the student affairs values of social justice.
