Welcome to Ursuline College! Submitting your deposit verifies your decision to attend Ursuline and holds your place in our incoming class. Deposited students will receive information about Academic and Fall Orientation programs, registering for classes, and securing on-campus housing. Your deposit will be credited to your first Ursuline College bill.
First-year and transfer students: You should submit your deposit by May 1 for fall enrollment or November 15 for spring enrollment. After May 1 for fall and November 15 for spring, your deposit is nonrefundable. After these suggested deadlines, course selections and housing availability may become limited.
Students planning to reside on campus must be aware that housing is currently at capacity, and all new requests are being placed on a waitlist. We understand how important on-campus housing is, and our team actively monitors availability as spaces open.
To secure your place in the incoming class, please submit your $100 enrollment deposit as a commuter student. This ensures you can move forward with your enrollment while remaining eligible for housing if space becomes available.
If you would like to be added to the housing waitlist, please complete the form here: https://apply.ursuline.edu/register/Housing-waitlist. We will notify you once a space becomes available. A resident deposit of $100 will be due with offer of resident room.
Once you enroll, your deposit fee is credited to your UC account and becomes a credit on your first invoice.
Accelerated BSN (ABSN) Nursing students: Because of the popularity of this program, your non-refundable deposit should be submitted as soon as possible upon admission to your cohort. Your deposit secures your cohort seat only.
Physician Assistant students: Those offered a seat in the program will have 14 days after an admission offer to respond and provide a non-refundable deposit of $750 to secure a place in the class.
