    Master of Arts in Wellness Course Requirements

    Core Course Requirements for the Master of Arts in Wellness

    Required Courses (9 credits)

    WEL 501 Interdisciplinary Wellness Theory (3 credits)
    WEL 502 Entrepreneurial Leadership (3 credits)
    WEL 503 Action Research and Evaluation (3 credits)

    Curated Cross-Concentration Elective (6 credits)
    Select two classes from below.

    Capstone Project (6 credits)

    These credits can be comprised of a capstone project which could include a community-based project, applied research project, or starting a wellness business. This focus could also involve transfer credit, prior learning experience (PLE), or MOOCS (approved by faculty advisor).

    *Upon completion of this micro-credential, one could sit for the Financial Fitness Coach (FFC) through the Association for Financial Counseling & Planning Education (AFCPE).
