    • PM 101 - Project Management Fundamentals

      Project Management is about executing ideas on time, in budget, and adapting to challenges along the way. All modern business professionals need to understand it. This course, which culminates in a final project, gives you the foundational tools to do that: Waterfall and Agile methodologies, the project management lifecycle, precise goal-setting, professional progress trackers, stakeholder engagement, and project analysis.

    • PM 201 - Predictive Project Planning

      Imagine skydiving without a parachute?-that?'s what it?'s like to run a project without a risk management plan. This course teaches you to see the storm coming and prepare, turning looming disasters into manageable challenges. You'll learn to cut through the noise, create clear action plans, and keep control even when the pressure is on.     • PM 220 - Managing Risk & Uncertainty

      Most projects fail at the planning stage. This course teaches you to create plans that keep projects on track from day one. Define project scopes that adapt to change, develop timelines with Gantt charts and critical path analyses, and create budgets that succeed under pressure. Using project-based coursework, you?'ll learn to develop plans that are both ambitious and achievable, mastering the skills

    • PM 225 - Career Navigation and Exploration

      This course will help you find a job related to Business and Project Management upon graduation. Not just any job; one that meets your personal and financial needs and makes you excited about the future. In this course, you?'ll explore career paths, potential salary outcomes, and different roles. Then, you?'ll pick target jobs and opportunities that are the best fit for you, and make a clear plan of action toward securing them.

    • PM 301 - Project Execution Monitoring Contro

      In the modern work environment, the project lifecycle always involves unforeseen challenges that require the project manager to make adjustments. Successful project implementation and closure requires conviction and trust in processes and personnel. Both are vital parts of a project?'s success and indicate how future projects will be managed. This course covers project execution, monitoring /control, implementation / handover, DevOps, and project closure and prepares students for Project Management Practicum and Internship.
