Business Management Bachelor’s Degree Program From the Director

Hello!

It is an exciting time to study Business Management at Ursuline College – a field that is changing rapidly adapting to 21st century innovations.

First, our curriculum is accredited through the rigorous standards of the IACBE – the International Association of Colleges for Business Education. Additionally, our program outcomes are designed to engage students in the fundamental skills that are required by business professionals. You will learn the basics of accounting, finance, marketing and analytics, but more than that, you will learn how to integrate skills to perform at the highest levels.

We're adding real-time simulations, certifications and significant case study projects to each class. Two of our most exciting additions are Glo-Bus and Biz Cafe simulations in our Business Policy and Principles of Management courses.

Our Entrepreneurship initiatives with the Burton-Morgan Foundation provide students with grant funding to start their own businesses. You will have the opportunity to develop a business plan, work with a Mentor and see profits – getting real world experience!

Finally, Ursuline is transfer-friendly. Our academic advisors can help you chart a path that works for you and your lifestyle in our online degree-completion (UCAP) program.
