Criteria: Graduation rate
• Graduation Rate/90% of cohort graduating
Data from the inaugural Ursuline College Physician Assistant Program cohort will be available in Spring 2025
Achieve a level of Physician Assistant National Certification Exam (PANCE) at or above the national average
Criteria 1: Student PANCE Performance
• PANCE Performance 1st time test takers/ at or above national average
Data from the inaugural Ursuline College Physician Assistant Program cohort will be available in Spring 2025
Recruit a diverse and academically competitive student body with special consideration for students who come from economically or educationally disadvantaged backgrounds.
Criteria 1: Academically competitive applicants
• Cum Undergraduate GPA/ > 3.5 cohort average
• Science Undergraduate GPA/ > 3.5 cohort average
Data from the inaugural Ursuline College Physician Assistant Program cohort will be available in Spring 2025
Criteria 2: Diverse applicants
• Students who are educationally disadvantaged/ 20% of the cohort or
• Students who are economically disadvantaged/ 20% of the cohort

Provide evidence-based medical education that prepares students to practice in interprofessional healthcare teams.
Criteria 1: Evidence-based medicine
• Student End of Didactic Phase Survey (Preparation in EBM survey item)/ 3.5/5.0 average for each cohort
• Preceptor Evaluation of Student Performance (Student Preparation in EBM)/ 3.5/5.0 average for each cohort.
• Faculty Evaluation of Curriculum (Student Preparation in EBM)/ 3.5/5.0 average for each cohort.

Criteria 2: Interprofessional healthcare
