Why did you choose Ursuline?
I transferred to Ursuline because it was a good fit for me both academically and athletically. I wanted to be close to my family as I’m from Cleveland.
How has being a student athlete impacted your time at Ursuline?
My professors have been really accommodating. I’m happy my basketball team holds high academic expectations because that was really important to me.
How has your experience at Ursuline helped your career journey?
My career goal is to teach 7to 12 grade English and coach basketball. I’m coming back to Ursuline next year to complete my masters. It’s a great opportunity to be able to finish a masters in a year. I will also be coaching here next year so I’m progressing in both fields well.
What would you say to encourage a student to consider studying English at Ursuline?
I had a really great experience! The English program was super diverse, so I was able to obtain more knowledge about all different types of people.
